Job Requirement

Designation:- Sales Executive  - Software

Department:- Sales (Information Technology)

Sal:- 2 lpa - 3.5 lpa

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Job Summary:-


The Sales Executive – Software is responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, marketing and selling of company suite of AIM Solution to small cooperative banks, credit cooperative societies, small NBFC’s which are dealing in personal loans(STPL) and focusing on closing new business with them. The Sales Executive will work closely with the ‘Sales Head’ and ‘HR Persons’ to ensure customer acquisition and revenue targets are met and exceeded on a quarterly basis.

Job Description:-

The Sales Executive – Software will perform the following job description:-

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

Develop, negotiate and close new business opportunities with small cooperative banks, credit cooperative societies and small NBFC’s which are dealing in personal loan(STPL)

Work collaboratively with Account Management & professional services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customer

Increase revenues by developing. Communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions

Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to Company management

Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectation are being established, communicated and met

Meet and exceed individual annual quotas for contract/ revenue.

Minimum Requirements/ Knowledge/ Skill:

Minimum 1-4 Years of experience selling software or other solution – based technology offerings, preferably SaaS (Software-as-a-service)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Willing to travel across South India

Preferably ERP Sales background

Proven success in penetrating and developing accounts in the interest of identifying key decision makers

Experience selling in a remote capacity, to demonstrate software and further articulate the value proposition

Experience selling to Small Cooperative banks, credit cooperative societies, small NBFC’s which are dealing in personal loans (STPL)

Online media/ marketing/ channel experience a plus (Knowledge of SEM, PPC technology and services)

Experience carrying and achieving toward a high annual revenue quota.
