3. We make no commitment of any job to users or customers availing our services. We also do not claim that using our services guarantees getting a job.
Services are provided based on the information provided by respective customers.

4. This website is provided subject to these Terms of Use, which may be amended by us. Any amendment will only become effective upon notification to you via email or by updating Terms of Use on this website .If you do not want to agree to our Terms of Use, please contact us to cancel your account.

5. Checking the box next to " I agree to the FlexCapacity Terms of Use" on the recruiter registration page, accessing this website or accessing our product by means of any API interface is equivalent to acceptance of this agreement.

6. This website is available only to persons or organizations that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 18 may not use this website. If you do not qualify for the above conditions, you are not permitted to use this website.

7. If you are using this website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the ability to bind such organization by your use of this website.

8. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your organization as requested in the registration form and elsewhere on this website, and agree to update such information if it changes.

9. FlexCapacity makes no warranties about the accuracy of information in each Resume/CV. Users of these services do not claim any copyright or intellectual property rights over the data uploaded in Careercubicle.

10. FlexCapacity makes no warranties about the accuracy of information in the jobs posted. It is solely the responsibility of the recruiter posting the job to ensure accurate information is published.

We reserve the right to send messages to you to inform you of:

  • changes or additions to this website or product
  • changes to this agreement
  • violations of this agreement or cancellation, suspension, termination or other action regarding your account
  • any other matter related to this website, product or this agreement.

11. We prohibit the use of this website by any person or organization that:

  • Displays or markets material that exploits children under 18 years of age;
  • Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about anyone without his or her consent, including children under 18 years of age without their parents' consent;
  • Publishes or posts any material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or that is obscene, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable;
  • Introduces viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware or other harmful code;
  • Posts or displays any content, including any image, that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including authors, artists, or photographers;
  • Sells or promotes any products or services or job openings that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received.

12. This is an agreement for services and access to this website. We do not grant you a license to any software by this agreement.

13. By accepting our Terms of Use, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or attempt to discover the code, underlying structure, ideas of any software, documentation, or data related to FlexCapacity.

14. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore(Bengaluru), India.

15. FlexCapacity reserves the right of co-ownership of all the CVs/resumes received by the use of this free service.Such CVs/resumes can be unconditionally used by FlexCapacity.
